Todd is a Paralegal at DebnamRust and a graduate of Kennesaw State University, where he also obtained his paralegal certification. Todd has previously practiced in Law & Public Policy, Litigation Management, Financial Services, Immigration Law, and Bankruptcy, and he is also a National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) Certified Paralegal. Todd’s focus at DebnamRust is on estate planning and probate cases.
Originally from the Chicagoland area Todd has also lived in Tampa, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia before moving to Dallas. Todd is an avid genealogist and also enjoys walking, jogging, listening to music, cooking, reading, bicycling, kayaking, and white water rafting.
