RaShaad Leggett

RaShaad Leggett is the Intake Specialist at DebnamRust, where he serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients. Drawing on a background in sales training, learning & development, and teaching music and improv comedy, RaShaad connects with clients through empathy, clarity, and patience.

In his role, RaShaad believes the most important work happens before the legal process even begins: truly listening. He listens not to reply, but to understand — giving clients the space to share their story, asking the right questions, and helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered. His calm, understanding presence helps ease the uncertainty that often comes with legal matters and sets a tone of trust from the very first conversation.

Outside of work, RaShaad is a lover of music and laughter. He enjoys singing (especially gospel and R&B), attending live performances, and finding joy in everyday moments. He’s a devoted Beyoncé fan, always on the lookout for the next song or show to inspire him. Above all, he cherishes connecting with people through creativity and kindness.
