Melissa Macias

Melissa Macias earned her bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Texas at Arlington. After graduating, she spent time working in education, guiding high school students through the college and career process. That experience taught her the importance of advocacy, patience, and empathy– values that ultimately inspired her to transition into the legal field.

Now, as a Case Manager on the Family Law team, Melissa is passionate about supporting clients through meaningful and often challenging moments. Melissa is fluent in Spanish and takes pride in helping clients from diverse backgrounds feel understood and supported throughout their legal journey. In the office she strives to spread joy and kindness wherever she can, whether through a warm welcome, a shared laugh, or simply being someone her colleagues can count on.

Outside of work, you can either find Melissa in oven mitts as she is a self-proclaimed pâtissier or outdoors in a newly discovered trail.
