Brie Banks

Brie is the Community Engagement Specialist at DebnamRust. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of North Texas at Dallas and brings a strong background in nonprofit communications, community outreach, and digital marketing to the firm. Before joining DebnamRust, Brie served as a Communications Coordinator, Program Coordinator, and Social Media Marketing Specialist, leading community-focused campaigns with an emphasis on equity and accessibility. At DebnamRust, she focuses on building meaningful partnerships with local organizations, nonprofits, and small businesses, while planning and executing events that reflect the firm’s commitment to social responsibility and inclusive engagement.

Deeply passionate about the LGBTQ+ community and the power of intersectionality, Brie believes in honoring the unique experiences that shape how people show up in the world. This perspective informs her work and fuels her commitment to creating inclusive, impactful connections both inside and outside the firm.

Outside the office, Brie enjoys catching live music or standup comedy, crafting, spending time with her fabulous cat, and keeping up with the latest season of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
